Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid Neuro Data Logic training enrollments confirmed by invoice. Website pricing is informational; payments occur off-site via invoice.

1. Eligibility

You may request a refund if you cancel before accessing more than 20% of course modules (measured by completed lesson markers in our learning host) and within fourteen (14) calendar days of the invoice payment date, whichever condition fails first ends eligibility for a full refund.

2. Timeframe to request

Refund requests must be emailed to contact@neurodatalogic.digital within the eligibility window, including your invoice number, enrolled email, and reason for the request.

3. Full vs partial refunds

• Full refund: eligible cancellations meeting Section 1, minus any non-refundable third-party processing fees charged to us (if any), which we will disclose.
• Partial refund: if you have accessed between 20% and 50% of modules within 14 days, we may offer a 50% credit toward another Neuro Data Logic program or a partial cash refund at our discretion.
• After 50% module access or after 14 days, fees are non-refundable except where required by mandatory Korean consumer law.

4. Non-refundable items

Custom industry case development fees for Assurance Cohorts, completed live clinic slots that you attended or no-showed without 48 hours’ notice, and downloadable workbook packs marked as standalone purchases are non-refundable once delivered.

5. Refund process

After we receive your email, we confirm access logs and respond within five business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method when possible.

6. Processing time

Once approved, refunds typically appear within 10–15 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. Wire refunds may take longer for cross-border payments.

7. Refund method

We refund via the same method used to pay the invoice (card settlement reversal or bank transfer). We do not issue cash on site.

8. Cancellations by Neuro Data Logic

If we cancel a cohort or permanently withdraw a program before you receive access, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later date.

9. Exceptions

Nothing in this Policy limits non-waivable rights under the laws of the Republic of Korea. Documented force majeure affecting live clinics may result in rescheduling rather than refund when on-demand content remains available.
